RE:Someone call Hugues and ask some ???

RE:Someone call Hugues and ask some ???Youknowwhat,

The funding supporting not only the proposed Baie Comeau hydro-electric energy generation, transmission and distribution networks infrastructure has simply not been raised.

Michael Sabia, Hydro Quebec CEO, is working on raising the billions of dollars needed by way of Hydro-Quebec bonds issuance and I also expect both the Quebec Government and Canadian Federal Government contributions of assistance will be provisioned for Hydro Quebec, as well as investments by private equity, government of Canada and Government of Quebec funded pension plans, etc.
We note tthat Hydro Quebec has ongoing and increased obligations to generate, transmit and distribute electricity into the U.S., see Con Ed and the State of New York to begin with.
All this adds up to the odds for Northern Graphite Corporation's merely proposed Baie Comeau project being commenced anytime before 2028 to 2023, i.e if ever, simply not favoring the company nor NGC.V "minority" shareholders.

Gorilladome47 spoke to Hugues Jacquemin's "legacy".
Hugues Jacquemin is no kind of "legacy" building individual.
Hugues Jacquemin is just one of several "Missionaries On Assignment"  previously dispatched by his Liges with the plan in hand which was entirely meant to be solely servicing such commanding lieges and their interests.
It's clear that Hugues Jacquemin et al will keep spinning some bullpucky type story of how NGC would be doing this and NGC and it's partners would be doing that; all the while making sure that more control of the remaining NGC assets are shifted, shuffled and dealt out the backdoor, so to speak, whilst employing the "reserved" front shipping and delivery door.
More of the remaining graphite already mined and processes and siting as inventory has been called for by Sprott and the remainder of any to be extracted, processed and investoried graphite materials are heading over to those customers whom Heraeus Group stakeholders recently secured all that to be mined and processed graphite material on behalf of.

This company has nowhere even remotely near the available capital required to pursue even one of the projects having been disingenuously proposed by Messrs Jaquemin, Bowes, Jacq et al., collectively "The Missionaries On Assignment", as being shovel ready.
The only shovel that is ready would be the one which Hugues Jacquemin utilizes to continually shovel the verbal bullpucky out there for we NGC.V equities investors and the would be NGC.V equities investors targeted by his clearly disingenuous promoting of various projects; these are projects which quite conceivably and most realistically would not be anywhere near being placed into production before the Lac des Illes mine historical reserves would be entirely depleted and the last of such graphite feedstock material would be processed and already sold forward.

NGC.V shareholders had better realize that Hugues Jacquemin et al had been tasked with ensuring to take on more and more material obligations in exchange for assets and capabilities which are representative of "white elephants", i.e. supposed assets which are now deemed as likely being worth absolutely nothing at all, e.g. the "PorocarbTM" IP license and all relating assets and capabilities recently acquired from Heraeus Group.

At this juncture, it is abundantly clear that this company's remaining assets have been marked as being shifted, shuffled and dealt away at much less that book value per share to long ago privately assigned and sheduled to become "creditors in possession", each of an apportioned amount of NGC's remaining assets.
That outfit which Greggory Bowes "consults" gets it's aportioned share on behalf of Gregorry Bowes interest, wilst "Sprott", and Heraeus Group (as privately arranged for by Imerys SA) are to gain the lion's share of the remaining assets for their respective purposes and partners.

It's over folks. It's more than likely that Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Guillaume Jacq et al, collectively "The Missionaries On Assignment", have sold you an already privately arranged and long ago called for bag of goods.

Baie Comeau was always a pipe dream, They knew Lac des illes is likely only worth what that processing plant would be valued to be worth by or on behalf of "the creditors" who would take possession.
As for the other remaining assets, those too have likely been privately called for and would likely change hands privately, as part of the Companies Creditor Arrangement Act proceding.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!!
