NGC MORNING BRIEF "moving Okanjande closer to a construction decision"
A first run through the news release the above quote from the CEO IN TRAINING struck me as confusing.
I seem to recall they were going to be in production in early 2024, then early 2025 now we have moved to a CONSTRUCTION DECISION.
It would have been easier to say we have yet to close the financing required but that would mean the CEO IN TRAINING would have to admit to failing in his many efforts to close a financing. A NARCISSIST is not capable of admitting he FAILED.
The time has come for the board of directors to put on their BIG BOY PANTS and make a decision concerning THE CEO IN TRAINING. Hugues will never ask for help but it should be obvious to the BOD by now that help in dealing with the raising of the capital is required to get the company moving forward.
The BOD should not wait another day, week, month or ANOTHER 6 months to make the necessary changes.
Hugues may know graphite but he has ZERO skill sets to run the company. It is up to the BOD to put on their big boy pants and do their FIDUCIARY DUTY and hire the people required to fix these glaring problems.
NGC MORNING BRIEF will have a further analysis on tomorrow's BRIEF. Lots to unpack.
