Here Is The Bad News First For NGC.

Here Is The Bad News First For NGC.This U.S. Federal Government adminsitration Treasury Department has in fact provided a two year extention for Automakers use of Chinese graphite material in maintaining eligibility for U.S. "IRA" supported EV credits.
Apparently all graphite materials utilized to process manufacture battery material components, not just synthetic graphite material, is far too difficult to trace to source; and if you believe that, I have some residential development property zoned swampland in Florida to sell you.

The Chinese government point blank reminded Janet Yellen that the North American automotive industry was about to experience a globally impacting collapse, due to such idiocy having to do with the "IRA" funded subsidies for automakers and consumers being contingent on the greater elimination of China based corporations process manufactured graphite and graphite battery materials from the North American battery materials EV manufacturing supply chain.

"Treasury has temporarily exempted graphite and other trace critical minerals from new strict rules barring materials from China and other countries deemed a Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC), including North Korea, Russia, and Iran."

The department said it would give automakers until 2027 to remove some hard-to-trace minerals like graphite contained in anode materials and critical minerals contained in electrolyte salts, binders, and additives.
