RE:NGC MORNING BRIEF

RE:NGC MORNING BRIEFYouknowwhat,

You stated "
Firstly the BOD and senior management has postponed some of their compensation which is a small positive thing. Thank you."
Seriously? You are thanking "The Missionaies On Assignment" for fiscally raping we NGC "minority" equities investors a lot more later than they had beeing doing.
They deserve no thanks whatsoever.

You stated "
They have reduced some expenses by approximately $700,000 which is a step in the right direction."

$600,000.00 for care and maintenance at LDI graphite mine is exorbitant. Where did the majority of that cash cost really go?
Also, $500,000.00 for care and maintenance for Okorusu/Okanjande is a farce.
Nothing at all has been going on there and the company sure as sugar didn't spend $500,000.00 on care and maintenance of whatever hasn't yet been transported to the Okanjande mine site. Hugues Jacquemin has likely been milking this company dry with his arranged for "private contractor" undertaking such supposed care and maintenance at Okorusu/Okajande; and we won't bother to get into that $600,000.00 cash expense for care and maintenance at LDI mine site.

You went on to state "
The whole North American graphite mining industry will not survive unless the price of graphite increases substantially. Northern and Nouveau along with the likes of Lomiko, Focus, Graphano and others will never get into production to supply the EV market."

This U.S. Government policy of tariffs is in fact intended to be immediately inflationary, in terms of overall critical elements costs to manufacturing battery component materials and the very quantum of battery cells required to supply the North American battery-electric powered automotive manufacturing industry.
EVs won't cost less, they cost more and automakers profit margins would be annihilated in order to have North American situated automakers actually continuing to manufacture non ICE powered vehicles.
Again, we know that import tariffs do nothing to lower and instead exponentially increase the cost of critical elements and the battery material components comprised of such critical elements.
You are correct to suggest that a company such as NGC is less likely to survive and that all the remaining assets would be shifted, shuffled and dealt away to NGC "creditors" suggested preferred corporations.
It seems that nobody wants nearer to 50% off  NGC.V equity in this company. Likely because the existing creditors (see "Sprott", that Greggory Bowes consulted company) and Hughes Jacquemin, Greggory bowes, Guillaume Jacqu, ET AL incessantly siphon off  any chance of the corporation ever becoming profitably operated.
That remaining graphite material inventory and whatever remains of the historical graphite reserve will likely never be enough for NGC to ever turn a profit; nor would potentially mining more graphite at Mousseau West/East or any other project.
A company such as Graphano Energy Ltd is actually better positioned to make a go of it that NGC is.
In a desperate attempt to keep his ability to keep milking NGC, Hugues Jacquemin ET AL would issue up to $100 Million worth of NGC.V equities and seek to shift shuffle and deal away the equity control of NGC to a party or parties willing to keep Hugues Jacquemin ET AL, collectively "The Missionaries On Assignemnt", employed, due of course to their clearly demonstrated expertise in milking dry a TSX-V listed equities issuer whilst residing/vacationing throughout Europe and having "the company" expensing costs relating to their respective lifestyle maintenance.

This company is closest to being badly burnt toast.; whereas, Nouveau Monde Graphite, Graphano Energy Ltd and others are not.
