What you should be suggesting is that before any government administrators, either U.S. or Canadian, elect to send any amount of capital grants, loans, etc., to a company like NGC, it's likely that the privately operating representatives of such U.S. or Canadian political administrators have to be positioned and "fully serviced". Part in parcel of fully servicing said politicians and their respective interests would be necessarily ensuring that a shipload of NGC.V shares, which would be price nearest to a 50% discount to NGC's current book value per share price, would have to be prepared to be offered for the privately acting and positioned intermediaries acting in concert with and on behalf of such U.S. Government and/or Canadian Government representatives.
Essentially, so many NGC.V shares have to be made available that such an action would result in the change of NGC's equity control.
That $100 Million base shelf prospectus filing essentially indicated that Hugues Jacquemin et al are prepared to shift, shuffle and deal away what would amount to being NGC's equity control, doing so in return for such "Missionaries On Assignemt" being allowed to stay on following the change of NGC's equity control and continuing to milk NGC and the company assets dry.
Never the less, I am sure any U.S. Government representatives, whom Hugues Jacquemin is merely alledged to have spoken with, would have told Hugues Jacquemin to come back when he actually has a proven up and actual graphite "reserve" which won't be entirely depleted during 2024. We note Lac des Illes, the so called "corner stone asset, is presently not "a longer term" company corner stone asset. LDI is near depleted and it's going to take the remainder of this year and into 2025 for NGC representatives to sufficiently prove up the supposed graphite deposit enough for it to be deemed a graphite reserve.
On the other hand, we know that Nouveau Monde Graphite's Matawine graphite reserves are proven (at least 50 years worth) and NOU is in fact presently capable of process manufacturing 2,000 tpa of SPCG anode battery material, with an expected Phase Two 45,000 tpa SPCG anode battery material manufacturing capability to be built at the Becancour facility site and coming on line during 2026.
Nouveau Monde Graphite is the company which the U.S. Government is looking to direct hundreds of Millions of Dollars toward; doing so in necessarily supporting the securing of U.S. industry needed critical elements and thereby assuring U.S. National Economic Security and ultimately U.S National Security.
Understand that GM, Panasonic, Mitsui are just some of the companies integral to U.S Government interests; whereas NGC they can take for cents on the dollar or leave to fiscally perish at the hands of Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Guillaume Jaqc ET AL, collectively also known as "The Missionaies On Assignment".
