Because when the US govt needs you more than you need the US gov't....as the ONLY GRAPHITE PRODUCER IN NORTHER AMERICA...that's a pretty F@#$#@#$! nice place to be, regardless of how many Patches the Clown and friends we having running this company into the ground.
Hugues has and continues to be a train wreck. Thanx for the fluff update HUGUES...how about a real freaking news release that actually says something real...like boat loads of cash from the US Govt and/or OEM partners...saving your over compensated and under delivering waste of a board seat.
