another CEO failure???? It sure looks like Baie Comeau is toast as per that article...very dissapointing. When I have been critical of Hugues, citing his lack of execution, leadership and competence...this is just another shining example of all the above.
Why does our BOD continue to support and overcompensate a guy that doesn't do his job? That doesn't execute. That doesn't follow through. What are we as shareholders missing here?
This train wreck of incompetence has resulted in our market cap and share price plummeting to new multi year lows...the dilution and debt that has increased since HUGUES has come on board in the face of NOTHING OF VALUE DELIVERED, has only added to the weight of his failure as CEO.
I don't know HUGUES personally...I don't care who is his personally...what pains me, and what is extremely disappointing for all NGC shareholders, is that in his professional capacity at NGC, Huges has left a graveyard of failed initiatives, empty news releases, capital market mismanagement, share price destruction, market cap wealth destruction, higher debt, more dilution, sky high salaries and compensation, and on and on and on....
Where is the accountability from our BOD? Where is your professional integrity in allowing this poor performance to continue now for two years? How can Hugues continue to be paid and compensated, and even employed, while he delivers nothing but takes everything?
Hugues needs to return all his 2023 compensation because he hasn't earned a penny of it. He DOES NOT DESERVE IT.
But hey, like Huges loves to say, 'lets make it happen.' Maybe he is referring to his air miles count and personal bank account.
Our BOD is a joke for allowing this to continue. It's a disgrace.
Baie Comeau, apparently another failed HUGUES initiative. It would be nice to have a comment from the company, or a news release updating Baie Comeau....wouldn't that be nice. If all shareholders get from this company in terms of updates are articles like that, we are left to connect the dots ourselves...messages HUGUES, it's important, it matters...another failure from this company, messaging.
How is Graphex doing Huges? We haven't had a single update on Graphex...you know, our potential anode partner? Pretty big deal isnt it? How many months now have we exceeded the latest expiry for that one? It starts to all look like a joke HUGUES...this is what incompetence looks like from the shareholder's point of view.
So please set the record straight and update the market on Baie Comeau...shareholders would like to know if we have another failed neograph in the mix, only adding to your growing list of failures as CEO.
Enough is enough with this guy and this BOD.
