msde an announcement January 17 terminating a MOU and their share price is up 25 cents to the $1.08 area.

How is NGC MOU with Graphex announced in December 22 coming along?

Graphite One recently hired an IR firm...I would say it has more to do with that than anything else...maybe some tax loss re buying? NGC, HUGUES...has hired three IR entities and all we do is sell off.  Graphex is Chinese related and re the IRA seems a long shot, a very long shot. BUT thanx for the update on that HUGUES...nice to keep shareholders updated, it's only been over a year ...more

Gorilladome47, Initially I applauded the tie-up with Graphex Group Holdings Ltd and it's 100% controlled subsidiary, Graphex Technologies LLC. Then came along the U.S. "IRA" and all that it entailed and the tie-up with the China based Graphex Group Holdings Ltd and it's 100% controlled subsidiary, Graphex Technologies LLC simply seemed to have been a no go, i.e. until only ...more

My post was meant as "sarcasm".  I guess I should have asked if anyone got invited to the 1 year birthday party of the Graphex announcement.
