How is NGC MOU with Graphex announced in December 22 coming along?

Graphite One recently hired an IR firm...I would say it has more to do with that than anything else...maybe some tax loss re buying? NGC, HUGUES...has hired three IR entities and all we do is sell off.  Graphex is Chinese related and re the IRA seems a long shot, a very long shot. BUT thanx for the update on that HUGUES...nice to keep shareholders updated, it's only been over a year
