Statement made that by 2030 50% female work force across NGC. 

Whatever happened to the most qualified? 

Making that sweeping statement is not the most intelligent move. I have NO PROBLEM with female employees as long as they are as qualified as male counter parts. As a matter of fact females are likely harder workers then males.

Ask Boeing how DEI has turned out for them.
