youknowwhat, As I previously told Harley103, At this point I sense I would be wanting to vote with a bag of hammers, so to speak. It's too bad it's a virtual meeting of NGC.V shareholders. Just think about what "a bag of hammers" voting would sound and look like. I expect Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Guillaume Jacq et al would likely def_cate themselves when

This management team have a window to accomplish something substantive, I would highly suggest this be done. We'll see how arrogant they are if they don't dot some i's and cross some t's here. Vote wisely. IMHO
