NGC Mining Projects

Advantages and highlights, but not limited to:

1. Potential near term production of 100,000 tpa from all projects (25K tpa LDI; 31K tpa Namibia; 44K tpa Bissett Creek).

2. Estimated outlay of $190M Bissett Creek; $20M LDI; $40M Namibia. Total $250M. This cost is far less than other companies/projects of comparable size.

3. High quality graphite.

4. Flake distribution size from fines to jumbo meeting all application "requirements on the planet." :)

5. Shallow, open pit mining.

6. Non-acid generating tailings allowing backfill and surface restoration to natural environment. Imerys already did this at LDI. Bissett Creek mining from near surface to 80 meters depth. Backfilling with non-acid generating tailings by 7th year. This deposit, IMO, can unquestionably be reclaimed. This is ethical mining.

7. Outstand ESG potential.

8. Safe jurisdictions.

9. Fantastic locations. LDI two hour drive from Ottawa. Bissett Creek three hour drive from Ottawa.

10. LDI currently producing; established customer base.

11. IMO, lots of graphite at LDI, adjacent property and nearby surrounding region. Suspect many decades of mining left in this area.

12. Adjacent claims at LDI owned by Graphano Energy. These claims have a past producing pit, several zones with proven graphite and today announced adding additional claims doubling footprint. Graphano Energy has lots of graphite. Company CEO is Dr. Luisa Moreno. Very, very intelligent and “practical” lady.

13. Potential for decades of good paying jobs in Canada.

14. Potential for Namibia and Bissett Creek fully operational in two to three years.

15. Bissett Creek by some estimates, is the best x-large/jumbo flake graphite deposit in the world. IMO, the graphite from Bissett Creek, once produced, has a high probability of significant demand. In five to ten years, people and companies will look back and wonder why the potential was not realized sooner. The demand for high quality graphite is only going to increase. Most semi comparable projects do not have anywhere near the aforementioned highlights. Some are in hostile climates. Some remote or in unsafe countries. Many with poor infrastructure.  Of significant note, from an economic viewpoint, many deposits have poor distribution of flake size. For the capital outlay as describe above, there is no other North American company anywhere close to comparison.

Battery anode material production will be challenging but not insurmountable. It will take the right players to put this part of the equation together. Needs to be done ASAP.

Conclusion: IMO, there is no legitimate reason why Northern Graphite can not be successful under the right conditions.

Iccommoner, I am pleased that you touched upon Graphano Energy Limited (your point #12). Your points, 1 through 15, are acceptable; and yet, not one single battery cells manufacturer and/or automaker is willing to entertain going near NGC. Could just one of the reasons for such an aversion to NGC be due NGC assets being somewhat encumbered by existing creditors, "Sprott", Heraeus Group ...more

1student: Please note no legitimate reason "under right conditions." Most of the listed advantages and highlights purposely dealt with the present or future. The "past" has been elucidated and discussed, well, by other members of this board. Again, IMO, absolutely screaming potential under right conditions! LC

Iccommoner, That was a great summary much appreciated. Now we need execution from this BOD. Immediately 1NOUPLANT chimes in with their copy and paste mouthful of garbage. It's interesting that when we talk about Chinese tarifs this person throws a tantrome and gets defensive. Wounder who this person really represents. Here comes three paragraphs of the same garbage i'm sure. Nothing would ...more

Harley103, Everything Iccommoner stated and the requisite CDN$1.60 being paid would get you a small Tim Hortons coffee. By the way, that would be U.S. import tariffs; not Chinese import tariffs. What's more, I don't throw tantrums. I simply point out that amongst other things tariffs are intended to be inflationary, just as the entirety of the U.S. "IRA" ultimately achieves a ...more
