Stock sharply down from $ 3.80/share (leaked results???)

Stock has dropped SHARPLY from $ 3.80 per share.

Sadly, shareholders are always the last to know.   From reading the chart one would speculate that the trial results either are failing or are inconclusive, hence raising of cash + insider selling 33% of shares.

If results were great, then you raise at $ 30 per share after the results and not at $ 2.35 per share now. 

We will know soon enough but it does not look promising.
