What's the future of NGH.H

I just read the Management's Discussion and Analysis February 22th.

What's the plan for this company, I'm trying to find some info about, but I can't find the future plan... Looks like this company will not have something to happen this year... Why people invest in it ?


During fiscal 2018, the company expects that will have no revenues and no significant fixed expenses...

might be all smoke and mirrors but there was some reason why they kept the company going as they sold off in north america -wait and see could be a huge dump come a couple of weeks - could have just closed company and ran with the cash in my opinion if nothing was there why go through the lawsuits
