Been following Ian & Co. for a long long time and there has NEVER been any rhyme or reason for how this penny stock behaves. I would not be shocked if this stock went back down to .02 only bounce back to .20...IMO only a few people (insiders) are absolutely cashing in, while everyone else is paying the price.
