Maybe with carbon capture (CCS) with will work to produce "blue" hydrogen, but then whu bother. Use HB to produce grey Ammonia, and use CCS to turn it into blue ammonia. Seems like a lot of trouble for little gain for me, unless there is a massive energy reduction in the process.
