Big Week Coming Up for FP?

Big Week Coming Up for FP?

SH apparently deleted one of my posts.  I assume that' was because I provided information about another chat space.  Fair enough.  SH are looking to make money while I'm not.  I provide a service to those interested in FP because I care and want to see this company and it's shareholders prosper.

Speaking of prospering, important milestones should be hit over the next couple weeks and that's got me excited.

  • The Factory Acceptance Tesing of plant 1 might be completed and announced soon.
  • The first FP300 will soon be shipped out to a real farm in MB.
  • The PP will hopefully close soon.  I don't think it hurts that the SP has been between 30 and 45% ABOVE the PP price for several days.
Maybe we'll get really lucky and hear something about a Federal or Provincial government grant.

For those who didn't get to see or review my deleted post, here's the bulk of what I posted before, minus the ad.

__

I'd next like to comment on certain recent developments and the potential of FuelPositive to bring a valuable product to market.

FP's goal is to have the first FP300 plant on a real Manitoba farm this month.  This will be quite the milestone.

But to become a real market success, what other milestones will FP have to hit?

This is my list:

1) The demo plant is proven to be efficient, robust and reliable.
2) There is sufficient demand for this product.
3) They can successfully ramp up manufacturing of their product.

What's the current status on each?

1) FP announced after 3rd party testing last fall that the ammonia yield is better than they hoped and a plant will last for decades without much refurbishment/maintenance.
2) FP repeatedly claimed that there is very strong interest from around the globe. Manitoba alone has enough of a farm sector/market to keep them busy for years.  The global market for their product is a massive ocean.
3) I expect that news on their latest manufacturing plans should be coming out this quarter.

The latest announcement from April 4th showed that multiple officials from the Federal Ministry of Agriculture visited FP's facilities recently.   This is a very positive sign that the federal government understands how FP is able to support farmers to improve their operations and finances while simultaneously and significantly lowering their emissions.

From the recent PR:  Deputy Minister Beck was joined by Alec Nicholls, Director General, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Melissa Reginato, Senior Markets and Trade, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and Hadley Carpenter, Regional Director, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada.

BTW, this was the second time that folks from the Ministry of Agriculture and Agri-Food have paid FP a visit.

I think any accredited investors reading would be wise to contact CEO Ian Clifford.  This should be the last PP at these levels.

Any one of the following upcoming potential announcements could boost the SP later this quarter.

A) the unit is fully operational on the MB farm and is performing well.
B) several sales deposits for FP300 plants have been received by FP.
C) government support for a large manufacturing facility is announced.

Good luck to all.
