30% Less than Gray Ammonia
In a previous post
Moni Margins, I quoted
Chemical and Engineering News with this:
...the company [CF Industries] estimates that it [Moni] could fetch $2,200 per metric ton in the alternative energy marketplace, about eight times as much as conventional.
Now, let me bring to your attention the following specific claim made by FP at the last AGM.
[16:14] Not only is the NH3 system developed by the [Dincer] team sustainable and scalable, it is also estimated to cost at least 30% less to produce NH3 than current conventional, highly polluting, NH3 production.
Imagine being able to beat the industry at it's own game with a superior (clean) product that is CHEAPER to produce, but commands a 8x premium in the market place. Incredible.
