Apparently Dr. Dincer has all kinds of IP related to MONI. Synthesis, burning, fuel cells....
If you're wondering about Hydrofuel vs FuelPosistive and who has the rights to Dincer's tech here's what I think I know:
The only piece that FP bought from Dincer was the ammonia synthesis IP.
The rest is/was up for grabs.
Don't take it as gospel, but that's my understanding.
