Why on earth does it matter that Dincer's patents are pending? The fact that Gordon has an approved patent for ammonia synthesis means nothing. There are probably a dozen ways around that patent even if it's relevant at all. And does Gordon have the money to even try to defend it? I doubt it. The real value is in holding and executing on trade secrets which I'm sure Dincer has in droves. I'm happy FP got a deal with Dincer and his team and left greedy Gordon sitting in the Fn dirt. Moving on!

The fact you don't see a difference between Patent Approved and Patent Pending is obsurd and concerning. Illegally trying to maneuver around someone's hard work and praying they don't have the money to defend it ... solid base to start a business around. Nothing of what I said about patents is illegal.  My point was, just because Gordon has a patent doesn't make him the right person to make a deal with.  Obviously anything Dincer and his team invent is going to be superior tech and make him the right person to do a deal with.  Just compare the two men.  It's obvious. Pleae explain what you mean.  Are you suggesting that Roger Gordon of GREENNH3 duped the Eestor people, who announced a deal on the technology, but their deal means nothing.  Are you suggesting that HydroPower also do not have a deal?  In the Webinar last week, Clifford said that the deals do not over lap and that the "other company" (presumably Hydropower) overstated

I suggest you read Roger Gordon's patent US20110243828A1.  Then revisit your comment.  Meanwhile I am searching for Dr . Dincer's patent which is pending.

Have you read Roger's patent? I have and it looks like a great idea, but it also looks like Swiss Cheese.  Of course if this is really as good as they say, whomever had better have $100 million for patent defense.  There are lots of shady lawyers out there that will work for a percentage
