institutions think current fair value is at $0.23. Now it adds 30m more shares, 11% of toal current shares.0.23- 0.024=0.206. with 30m more warrants exercised, it is 0.17. The real market value has not changed at all from yesterday at 0.18 even it is down 38%. 0.115 is the support. It may go there. you do not buy fair value stock (at 0.17) but undervalued ones.
