I would not be surprised if VQA becomes the listing vehicle for Pilar Gold.  My guess is it will be done at 10 cents given the stake in Pilar Gold is worth 4 cents alone.  It’s just a hunch but Larry and Pilar management are very close and have huge respect for each other.   If Pilar keeps hitting these amazing holes at Sertao then VQA is almost certainly a 20 cent stock.

Debt settlement with Manex value at .05 quite a bit higher than the current price. There may be some credence to speculation that VQA will be the vehicle for Pilar to list .
