Yes, its a private placement through Canacord Genuity. $13 million of charitable flow through shares at $1.815 per share and $3million at $1.10 per common share. Plus some broker shares/warrants to pay Canacord for the financing. The flow through share money has to be spent on exploration....the funds from the regular shares can be used for anything I didn't see a closing date.....it may ...more
