I don't understand. Let's imagine, that you have many shares in a company. This company see the price increased crazily due to a news. The director of the company say:"There is nothing which justify this increase." What will be your reaction? 1) Oh, I understand, I don't want that the small shareholders are penalized because they miss speculated. I will keep my share until the rectification. I have these shares for a long run. 2) yihaa, my target is reached, I will become rich! I sell it. Perhaps I am wrong but I am sure you will do the second.
