Letter from Chairman

Letter from Chairman

Some keywords from the Chairman:

"We believe management, by a large margin, remains the largest shareholders in the Company"

Well just Anthony have issued himself 4550000 shares the last two years and he still has an additional 2400000 RSU to exercise.

"In accordance with the Company’s omnibus long-term incentive plan, the Company granted an aggregate of 4,550,000 restricted share units to certain of its directors, officers, advisers and consultants"

How is it possible to continue to issue this enormous amount RSU's?, the amount of printed shares to management has absolutely no connection to reality and the work commitment by board and management and the size of the company.

This kind of day light robbery would not be allowed in any other democratic run country, the regulation on the TSX is a joke.

All other shareholders would be better of if the board and management team was replaced with two monkeys, It would be more shareholder friendly to give them 10000 bananas/day as compensation for their valuable services.
