RE:RE:RE:It is time for change at NKL 28!You need to talk to your broker and their corporate actions/proxy department.  Inform them that you want to vote your shares in favor of the Opposition proxy.  They will give you a control number and a website.  From there you can vote in favor of Pelhams nominees and withhold on Managements 5 nominees.

As a shareholder that's what i would do unless you want to continue working with these "bad actors" that have basically stolen 20% of the compnay thanks to a self-serving board for createing ZERO value.
