$340,000 in Marketing in the Quarter???

IS Justin Cochrane still affiliated with this business?  ($340,000 Marketing Expenses in ONE quarter)   He's famous for charging made-up expenses to line his own pockets.  The more I look at this business it seems like it is designed to load up the Board and main employees instead of taking care of the shareholders.  Look at his other company that is not doing very well presently.  

We need to figure out a way to fire the BOD and get other folks in that won't take NKL's cash.

Please let me know what everyone says!!!
