Total lack of respect for its shareholders!

I read again the press release by Nickel 28 yesterday, June 1st, regarding the findings of the report from ISS and today's release by Pelham regarding the same report by ISS.
I cannot believe that management/ board continues to lie to us. This is a total lack of respect for its shareholders. It is somewhat even evil in my book. I do hope that shareholders, including retail ones like me, will take the time to read and understand what is going on, and vote accordingly on the yellow proxy.
