Some numbers!

From the results today, and because management own more than 21% of the share , it means that only 6 millions shares were voted by retail investors.  Not quite, we know that Milewski and others had bought over 1 millions share a little while ago. 

for the sake of argument let's say 6million shares voted for and 37 million withheld. This means 85% of investors were against voting for the incumbent directors.
this is a great case for appeal here.

Well that's pretty embarrassing for AM and JC. The shareholders have clearly spoken with their votes. Not a single director received a majority given 40% voted to withhold (basically a vote in favor of Pelham's efforts). Given they didn't reach a majority the directors should technically step down - I think that's the Canadian rule with certain exceptions (which I'm sure they ...more

My error and it's even more embarrassing for mgmt/directors. 60% withheld their votes. LOLOL

Let's not forget that 21+ % of the shares voted in favor came from management and directors.

And then let's not forget that probably 90% of that 21% were shares mgmt/direcors gave themselves for free at the expense of actual shareholders. They got a little too piggy and now it's  . Time for change
