MCC Group and the other Ramu partners have to be giving the side eye to the existing directors of NKL ( assuming they haven't yet complied with the Majority Voting Policy and tendered their resignations as required). They are clearly acting without the confidence or support of NKL shareholders. This has to have an impact on their credibility with their partners.

I would and you would. I do not know about the rest of the partners because we have no idea how those relationships were formed. Investments by N28 (and before) were done at the beginning of Ramu and somehow those others are probably indebted to N28.  Similarly, I was reading about Giga metal, one of their key asset for the near future and was surprised to read that Milewski was an " ...more
