It will move before the Olympics, but maybe not much until spring 2009, when the BCHydro call for clean power comes up.  Once a turbine supplier is decided upon, there may be a good "bump", as there may also be an increase in potential power production due to availability of larger capacity turbines.

Don't forget that the Aboriginal groups (specifically the Haida Gwaii and the Lax Kw’alaams) are very much invested in this project and it would be great for the Provincial gov't to ensure this development proceeds according to the timeline set out.

Energy production from the first turbines could occur as early as 2010. - as per their website
