RE: time to switch directionThe call is up to 5000GWhrs if it is economical. BC Hydros president reassigned, fired. That can't hurt. The CPC awards are conditional to BCUC approval. Last I looked they had booked November to April 2009 for hearings.  Politicians know shiite about electric system. BC Hydro will still get its way.
