RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Is NKW expensive?No problem. The companies I work for decided not to bid into CPC. Notice lack of major developers bidding. Trying to get firm power bids from wind is assinine. The whole thing is set up to fail. The little guys might win a bid, but the major players will then step in and take over projects. GE Financial is not a developer or operator. KHD only bid in ROR, when they were the largest WF operator in Canada. Why did most major players stay away?
