RE:GreenHowever, the demand for windfarm electricity has to come with credit worthy offtakers. Any windfarm is a 25-30 year preposition and need that offtake guarantee to get funding for the construction.

But nothing prevents other green industries from developing in BC.

BC Hydro would supply the electricity. As far as I know all windfarm PPA's must be done through BC Hydro even if for LNG, hydrogen /green ammonia production or others.
