OCEANIC WIND ENERGY INC. PRIVATE PLACEMENT -- UPDATE

Further to its press releases dated Oct. 28, 2022, and Nov. 21, 2022, Oceanic Wind Energy Inc. has obtained Toronto Stock Exchange NEX approval to its private placement. The company has been successful in receiving subscriptions for 5,000,840 units at five cents per unit for gross proceeds of $250,042.

Directors of the company participated as to 2.8 million units ($140,000)
