The Sprott Deal is Key

With several different forms of underwriting commitments available the BOUGHT DEAL arrangement with Sprott is key as to how all of this will play out. Sprott and assoc. have obviously poured a lot of time and energy into finalizing a price on this share/warrant deal with NLC. You can be damn sure they are almost positive the next drilling results will at worst support $1.10 share price or the market price will drop below this and they're left with obviously a very tough sell in the short term at least. If I were to summon a guess I'll bet there will be no news releases at all until after the offering closes near the end of February. This way the opportunity will be presented to a select few investors first. Then we will hear some real news and mark my words 'this will get very exciting'
As mentioned earlier if this stock clears 1.25-1.30 on the next news release with decent volume the next stop will be 2$. And it'll happen fast. Good luck to all involved.
