Technically, they can skype and sign over fax. I think everything slowed down too much for sign. The head office m/b not in Beijing and nobody will travel there, they need lawyers to review an agreement, face to face m/b preferrable option....
I do not expect anything until September, minimixing all expecations helps not to add anymore anxiety.
