Ya hard to say how the CATL deal will unfold, the Chinese have a different way of doing business so we'll just have to wait and see, very hard to predict.

Dont forget that this is probably Waldo's last kick at the cat before retirement. He has a lot of skin in the game and will try to get every last dollar he can out of it. He won't just jump into a crappy deal.

i do agree that 2021 will provide shareholders with the biggest uplift.
