Smart move!
Smart move!1: The SP raised a lot in the last 2 days before the financing and at some point we need to recognize when a move is parabolic and therfore not sustainable . The nearest support is in the high 2 , that 3.05 is fair in my trader point of view, and with the recent run a lot of people will take profit so it's kind of healthy to take out the weak hands as soon as possible before continuing on a healthier path and to be able to make new highs after a consolidation.
2: This dilution, publicly to begin construction is also a good help at the negociation table . I had an experience with Bankers petroleum, being bought out by a chineese firm, it took several months before receiving the money . Even if the deal was at 2.2/share the stock traded at 1.5-1.7 for the majority of the 'approving period' by the chineese government. With this money we will be able to ask for more, have it faster and more importantly not being freeze by negociation or funding paperwork.
3: We have the best team, at the best time with the best place . Let's not forget where we come from and how the first hype financing at 1.8, even if I didn't realize it at that moment, ended to be a master move! Again thanx to the 3Q team!
