Daily gold comments

Daily gold commentsAs part of the BoD Sprott was not allowed to vote since he is a big shareholder of both companies. he will also vote in favor of the deal ( as a shareholder like you and I )and he sees synergies in the companies combined.
Also Mackuk did very well with LSG ( I was a shareholder) a company with grades of 4 -4.5 g per ton, the same as NMI
Ithink the combination of Mackuck and the possible synergies will do well for both cos. combined .
As for Mackuck selling LSG at too low a price, do not forget that Sprott is the president of the BoD and he has his word to say if a bid comes around at too low a price.
