RE: Private Placement - $3.75-$4.25 I think ...Private placements usually involves the average sp of say the last 20 trading days, how much that will be? a hunch is 6.00 bucks. Note placements has to be sweet and do not reflect on the potential share price nor it affects share price as it comes with some strings attached on when they are allowed to sell, I think. Example PNP issued shares and free half warrants at 5.25 and now trading at almost 6.00 dollars, that was 10 days ago
