Road news won't be a secretI have zero faith in any kind of road announcement being kept a secret if it is included in the April 11th budget. Watch the volume. If no news is forthcoming, expect the price to fall to the end of the quarter followed by the Fake News people posting on this and Agoracom's boards to fool us in believing a road will be announced on April 11th. Rinse and repeat.
