Again, most folks are not stupid.
Do you really think that a couple major players in the mining industry are not going to do their own DD before making an offer like this? My guess is that NOT had to bend over and were told "you're going to feel a little pressure" prior to any offer of any kind. (if you don't get the analogy, ask someone over 50)
My other guess is you've been left out in the cold somehow and are trying to sour the milk out of spite and perhaps, a new entry point.
