He knows this / the other management team knows this as does the Directors know this ... why do you think they tendered their shares prematurely ??? They had no options and BHP was the solution.. BHP acts accordingly and gives exactly what been promised they negotiate and consult .. .meanwhile Forest and his companies have a very checkered past !! Like the offer now that isn't really an offer
