Where there's smoke, you'll find a fire. Board members shouldn't feel afraid or backed up against wall if they haven't done anything wrong. Will a closer look reveal anything, that's yet to be seen. The board members need to OWN IT and come clean. Too many eyes watching now to keep it hush hush.
