I disagree. This is a brass ring if the new company is willing to include shareholders going forward. Why kill the golden goose? Think of your choices when they do become clear.

Do you take the money now after the long wait, or wait a little longer and make this an investment of a lifetime? I hope to continue to hold my shares well into the future.
