This is a little concerning. I'm no lawyer but I think it would help to figure out what the board is up to if I were one. I think most folks would be better off to try to figure out what they are up to first, then try to make sense of this.

It looks as though the board has an agenda and have created this document to match what they need to do...? What's their end game? There are too many specific numbers and wording in this puzzle to determine what their up to without knowing what their end game is.

I'm 100% sure that BHP and Wyloo know exactly which numbers and phrases effect them as it relates to their bids for Noront. If the board won't be straight with us, maybe they will? (if it's permitted to do so)

Someone needs to turn on a light and shovel away the shite.
