A $10 private placementA BHP $10+/- private placement would check a lot of boxes for all of the parties evolved. Obviously Wyloo would have to acquiesce to whatever influence BHP may have in the ring. Both Wyloo and BHP could move forward with making money mining the district. Our governments would be welcoming. There would have to be special considerations given to the Mattawa. Maybe a NSR/% ownership given. For us, we would have two options: sell or stay. There's only one catch! The $10 buy in offer would have to be a guaranteed price floor. Any bids lower than $10 would have to be purchased by either Wyloo or BHP to maintain the legitimacy of the placement.
