RE:RE:What the ... ?There are warrants at 20 cents that are expiring in a few days. My gut feeling tells me some investors are exercising them and then selling the shares.
This selling pressure shall end soon. The company is doing well. They are about ready to start producing in their demo plant. The spheronized graphite market was still up in July with prices rising 1.5%, a seventh consecutive month of rise. The Chinese have announced last week a fourth anode hardware factory of a capacity of 100,000 tonnes. This announcement is revealing of demand from battery makers.
With its agreement with Hydro-Quebec, I believe NOU is the best play in the graphite space with capability to develop and sell spherical purified graphite for li-ion batteries.
As for the graphite flakes market, the USA has hit the Chinese with a 10% tariff. This is in NOU’s best interests as the company will soon have hundreds of tons of flakes to strategically sell in the North American market.
