RE:RE:E-man and frellait .. amateurs here is the proof Electriqueman,
There is a big difference between a pilot plant and a demo plant. Please do your own research as it isn't my job to educate you.
NOU is the only one having a demo plant and its own operations staff capable of producing 1,000 tonnes of flakes per year for the next two years. There is no doubt in my mind this will lead to the signing of offtakes. NOU will also use this demo plant to produce and sell TONNES of USPG for anodes and expandable graphite. This will be done by its own equipment and staff and with the help of Hydro-Quebec's battery guys.
Mason relies on a third party to produce KILOGRAMS of value-added material.
This is debatable whether LLG is really that far ahead of NOU.

OMG you can read but you do not understand anything to communicate. The pilot plant that LLG will build is to produce 2nd transformation. This is to qualify Coated Spherical Natural Graphite grades (CSNG) from battery manufacturers.
The pilot plant of NOU is for the first transformation. Which consists in washing the graphite to show its purity. LLG has been here for a long time. LLG is already manufacturing CSNG graphite (spherical and coated) but it wants a pilot plant to produce more ... 500KG / week.
NOU Is not there again. In the last communication of NOU of October 25, 2018, in the section TOWARDS VALUE-ADDED GRAPHITE PRODUCTS, to communicate it speaks like a future project ...
TOWARDS VALUE-ADDED GRAPHITE PRODUCTS
In a vertical integration and sustainable development perspective, Nouveau Monde is planning the establishment of a large-scale graphite secondary transformation facility in addition to its mining project. The goal is to transform part of its graphite concentrate into spherical graphite used in the booming Lithium-Ion battery market as well as develop expandable graphite products used in various industrial applications.
I'm not saying that NOU is not good but that LLG has a good lead. In addition, NOU plans to do the environmental study in Q1 2019 when it took 1-2 years to LLG before having permission and it is located in the wood then NOU in town ???? Good luck

Bonne chance
