RE:100% of Lac GueretMookster,
You stated "Nouveau Monde has somehow managed to acquired 100% of what is, by far, the largest, highest grade graphite deposit in North America for essentially peanuts ($20 mm). They’ll be talking about this one for a while."
Yes. That is certainly what it looks like has happened.
It does seem as though Mason Resources Inc shareholders were made to miss out on a, at least, $100 Million payday; and yet, it would only seem that way.
I have to reiterate in saying that the roughly $20 Million in both cash and recently NOU.V equities compensation exchanged for that 100% ownership of lac gueret is not all that Mason Resources Inc would receive going forward.
10% of equity ownership position with Nouveau Monde Graphite is worth immensely more than a mere $20 Million.
Ask yourself what happens to the LLG.V share price when the NOU.V share price is made to experience a 200% appreciation from the current NOU.V share price point of $2.95?
Where would the LLG.V share price be catapulted upward to when that event takes place?
During each and every leg upward for the NOU.V share price, LLG.V would be made to participate.
At the moment, the NOU.V share price is being supported at $2.95 after having just barely bubbled upward to $3.10 on the news of the lac gueret purchase.
Wait for it. Waitfor it. Waitfor it now . . .
